《報名資格Eligible》
（一）本校在學學生（含研究生），學生可組隊參加，不限制人數。
NTUE students (including graduate students, CLEC students), students can make up a team to participate, with no limit in the number of partners.
（二）組隊學生請填寫線上報名申請表並於截止時間內將影片傳至指定信箱。
Please fill out the form for participation by November 02, 2020; Send the video to the assigned email account by November 18, 2020
《活動規劃與時間Scheduled time》
即日起至109年11月2日（一）23時59分截止報名；影片繳交截止日至109年11月18日（三）17時30分截止收件；得獎公布：109年11月25日（三）。
For those interested, please fill out the form by 23:59, November 02, 2020; The time for the video submission until 17:30, November 18, 2020; The announcement for the awards: November 25, 2020.
《活動說明 Details》
（一）本活動採取「先報名、後拍攝」之方式，有興趣拍攝校園多樣化宣傳影片的學生請先於報名期限內填寫線上報名表（https://forms.gle/8gZsfeNc4hiaQGD66），並在影片截止日以前將影片寄至指定信箱。
Please fill out the application form first to （https://forms.gle/8gZsfeNc4hiaQGD66），and submit the video by the deadline to the assigned email account.
（二）本組將會於本組網頁、粉絲專頁公告得獎作品，並取第一名1組、第二名1組、第三名1組、佳作2組的方式進行評選。
We (Division of International Affairs) will determine the winner by post on our website, Facebook Fanpage; For First prize: NTD$5,000, Second prize: NTD$4,000, Third prize: NTD$3,000, and list two Excellent prizes.
（三）學生拍攝之影片作品請用學生角度出發，並以自身系所為主，介紹課程之教學、系所之基本介紹（可挑選一至三個系所介紹）、並須有一至兩位系所教師之訪談。也可增加拍攝自身參與之社團活動、校園內外環境介紹等，以期讓國外姊妹校師生更了解本校學術教學、設備環境與社團活動面向。
Students should film the video from their perspective, and introduce their department (students can pick 1-3 departments to introduce), curriculum, and courses, and MUST HAVE A INTERVIEW WITH 1-2 TEACHERS/PROFESSORS AT NTUE. Students can also film their school life, on-campus activities/groups, or introduce the campus environment inside their video, in order to make more people, our overseas partner institutions know more about our university!
（四）影片請以英文說明（字幕請加上中英文），影片長度約3-4分鐘即可，不超過4分鐘。
The video should narrate, introduce in English, and add subtitles in both Chinese and English, the length should be around 3-4 mins.
（五）教師訪談部分可使用中或英文（但字幕必須兩者都有）。For the part of the teacher interview, both English or Chinese in okay, but the subtitle should follow the rules above.
（六）解析度為 720×480 pixels 以上規格(如達 1280x720(720p)或 1920x1080(1080p)尤佳)。

《評審標準Judgement》
（一）主題與內容呈現（40%）：學生能夠清楚的表達內容，並且影片呈現出豐富的校園生活。
1. The topic and content: 40%
（二）拍攝技術／技巧（25%）：表現穩定的技術能力、畫面、聲音與剪接街達到作品品質。
2. The skills of filming: 25%
（三）語言呈現（10%）：學生拍攝宣傳影片請以英文說明（若有訪談片段可以中文說明），字幕請加入中英文字幕。語言呈現列入評點項目之一。
3. Languages present: 10%
（四）創意發揮（25%）：以個人獨特性，完成具創意的影像作品。
4. Creativity: 25%
《其他說明Others》
（一）報名成功後，請同意填寫「著作權聲明暨轉讓同意書」以及「肖像權使用同意書」（報名成功本組將通知）。
Please fill the Declaration of Copyright Licensing and transfer and The agreement of a right of publicity. (we will inform you once you complete the application).
（二）可跨系(所)組隊參加，參賽作品創作與設計須為原創，不得有抄襲、仿冒、剽竊、冒名或侵犯他人著作權之情況，且未參加過其他比賽或公開發表。
No plagiarism, counterfeiting, infringement of other works, and no published before.
（三）得獎之作品須無償讓與本處所有，徵得獎作品著作財產權歸主辦單位所有；未經本處同意，不得再參加其他相同型式之競賽或甄選，避免衍生智慧財產權爭議。未獲選者，著作人仍保有其個人著作財產權等權利。
We will own the property of the video, and publish or post it in different forms. Once you win the contest, then this video cannot take part in other contests or activities.
（四）競賽過後，若本組發現影片英文字幕有誤，請協助修正。本組將另通知。
If we, Division of International Affairs have found any error of EN subtitle after the contest, please revise while we asked.
